tr99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tr99 ("tr99", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the tr99 website located at tr99.vu and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon. By accessing the tr99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the tr99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the tr99 platform and close your account if one has been created. tr99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on this page.

To register and use the tr99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tr99 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point, including before processing any withdrawal.
• You are registering and using the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of tr99 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from tr99 or self-excluded via the platform's responsible gaming tools, unless the exclusion period has formally ended and tr99 has confirmed reinstatement.

tr99 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. Where a player cannot satisfy KYC requirements, tr99 may withhold withdrawals, restrict account functionality, or close the account. In the event that a player is found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, the account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned via the original deposit method after deduction of any bonus amounts received.

Each player may register only one account on the tr99 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. tr99 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, tr99 may close all associated accounts, void all bets, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts. When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile number based in Bangladesh, which will serve as your account login identifier and the number to which security codes and account notifications are sent.
• A strong password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. tr99 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat.
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the tr99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify tr99 immediately at [email protected] and change your password. tr99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

tr99 reserves the right to verify your identity before activating your account, processing any withdrawal, or granting access to any promotional offer. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Accounts that cannot be verified within the timeframe specified in the verification request may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

tr99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tr99, though your payment provider's own limits apply.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your tr99 account instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• tr99 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any charges imposed by your mobile wallet or bank provider are outside tr99's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your tr99 account. If you believe a deposit has been credited incorrectly, contact [email protected] immediately with your transaction reference number.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• tr99 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, tr99 may require KYC documentation including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

tr99 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases tr99 may freeze the account pending investigation. Players who disagree with a withdrawal decision may contact [email protected] to initiate a formal dispute. tr99 commits to responding to formal disputes within 5 business days.

tr99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific bonus terms applicable to each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by tr99:

• Each bonus or promotional offer is available to eligible players once only, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by creating additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms for each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus credit and associated wagering progress that has not been completed within the bonus validity period will be forfeited. The bonus validity period is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• tr99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bonus being credited, or where the promotion terms were published with an error.
• tr99 does not permit the use of automated betting systems, bots, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated group play designed to exploit bonus offers. Where such activity is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household and once per device. Players who have previously held a tr99 account are not eligible for new player bonuses unless specifically stated in the promotional terms. tr99 applies standard industry bonus abuse detection methodology and decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

All games available on the tr99 platform are provided by certified third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing individual games are set by the game provider and are accessible within each game interface. tr99 is not responsible for setting individual game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across the tr99 platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. tr99 does not have the ability to alter game outcomes in favour of or against any player. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by the game provider and published in the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — the outcome of the affected round may be void. tr99 will endeavour to restore the round or credit any wagered amount that cannot be recovered, subject to server log verification.
• Sports betting markets are governed by the event rules published within the tr99 sports section. In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time of the event. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the applicable settlement rules will be published in the tr99 sports terms addendum.
• tr99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, insider information, or any other form of corruption affecting the integrity of the event on which the bet was placed. In such cases no winnings will be paid and the staked amount may be forfeited.

Where a player identifies what they believe to be an error in a game result or bet settlement, they must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant transaction by contacting [email protected]. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. tr99 will review all disputes against the server log records and will provide a written response within 5 business days.

tr99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated via the account settings page or by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit to control your spending. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. When the threshold is reached, further wagering is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session time reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a specified play duration to remind you how long you have been active in the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently close your account. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tr99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and written consent.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate credits, wins, or free plays that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent security measures on the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive communications directed at tr99 staff or other players via any platform channel including live chat, email, or support tickets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games where communication with co-players at the same table could affect the result.

tr99 employs dedicated risk and fraud management teams who monitor account activity continuously. Where a player's account is flagged for prohibited activity, tr99 may freeze the account without prior notice pending investigation. tr99 will notify the affected player of the reason for the freeze and provide an opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or where notification is legally restricted.

tr99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to violation of the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or bonus terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or any criminal conduct connected to the use of the platform.
• Player request — you may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding real money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the original deposit method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Where a player account is terminated by tr99 for breach of these Terms, tr99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances, void any pending bets, and withhold any winnings derived from activity that constituted the breach. Real money deposits (net of any bonus received and wagered) will be returned via the original deposit method in accordance with applicable law. The determination of what constitutes a breach and the appropriate remedy is at tr99's sole discretion, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15 of these Terms.

All content on the tr99 platform — including but not limited to the tr99 brand name and logo, website design, page layout, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces provided directly by tr99, and all software underlying the platform — is the property of tr99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of tr99.

Game content provided by third-party game developers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. tr99 holds a licence to make that content available on the platform; it does not hold ownership of the underlying game intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tr99's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of the player's real money deposits made in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. tr99 is not liable for the following categories of loss under any circumstances:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of whether tr99 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or pandemic.

Nothing in this Section limits tr99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by tr99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. tr99 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds published on the sports betting section, or the suitability of any game for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

tr99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tr99.vu/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the tr99 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected by tr99 includes, but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, mobile number, device information, transaction history, and gameplay data. This data is used to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience.

tr99 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the platform. tr99 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the delivery of the platform's services (for example, payment processors, game providers, KYC verification partners) or where legally required. tr99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, tr99 will endeavour to notify registered players by way of a notice posted on the platform's homepage or by email to the address associated with the player's account, at least 7 days before the change takes effect. For non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates to provider names or payment method lists), notice may be provided simultaneously with publication of the revised Terms.

Your continued use of the tr99 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms. The most current version of the Terms is always the version published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tr99's operating jurisdiction. tr99 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a transaction, a game result, or a promotion, you should first contact tr99's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue including your account mobile number, the date and nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence.

tr99 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 2 business days and to providing a substantive written response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within 5 business days, tr99 will communicate a revised resolution timeline to the player. tr99 records all formal complaints and uses complaint data to identify and address systemic platform issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with tr99's support team, the player may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body. tr99 will cooperate fully with any such process.
